Overview:
CGC Services LLC partnered with GPJ to lead a comprehensive initiative aimed at evaluating and optimizing their fabrication workflows. This project focused on identifying inefficiencies, standardizing processes, and enhancing cross-departmental alignment using Autodesk technologies (Fusion Manage, Fusion OPS, Vault professional)and best practices in digital fabrication.

Approach:
Framework Discovery and additional discovery meetings, CGC conducted deep-dive interviews, group sessions, and live workflow observations. The initiative emphasized:

• Mapping current fabrication processes

• Identifying communication bottlenecks and operational redundancies

• Evaluating the use of Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage, Fusion OPS and other digital tools

Key Deliverables:

• Initial Assessment Report detailing existing workflows and areas for improvement

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent, repeatable fabrication practices

• Autodesk Utilization Strategy for optimized use of design, data, and collaboration tools

• Training Recommendations to support onboarding and user adoption

• Implementation Summary based on pilot testing and real-world validation

Outcomes & Goals:

• Establish a scalable, standardized fabrication process

• Increase production efficiency by at least 15% in the first quarter post-implementation

• Foster higher compliance and satisfaction with updated workflows across all departments

• Probst Group – Design-to-Construction Workflow Standardization

• Focus: Digital Workflow Standardization

• CGC Services partnered with Probst Group to formalize and standardize their end-to-end workflows from design through construction. Using Autodesk Plant 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Collaborate Pro, and Build, CGC developed a unified framework that improved project coordination, data connectivity, and collaboration between engineering and field teams. This integration ensured consistency, reduced rework, and enhanced visibility across all project phases.

• Wilson Architecture – Laser Scanning for As-Built Documentation

• Focus: As-Built Documentation

• CGC Services provided high-precision laser scanning services for Wilson Architecture, capturing accurate as-built conditions of residential and commercial properties. These scans were translated into detailed 3D models and drawings to support renovation, design validation, and compliance. The initiative improved project accuracy, reduced field rework, and facilitated faster design iterations.

• Manufacturing Industry – Connected Data Architecture with Fusion Manage

• Focus: Data Integration & Workflow Automation

• Designed a connected data architecture for Bridgestone using Autodesk Fusion Manage. The solution will capture Manufacturing process to enhance traceability, reduced manual data entry, and improved cross-functional collaboration. This system will connect PDM, PLM and CMMS with core Autodesk design tools and Autodesk Construction Cloud, creating a seamless, end-to-end workflow across product development, maintenance and construction. 

• EVOQUA Water Technologies – Digital Transformation Across Facilities

•  Focus: Multi-Site Digital Integration

• Led a multi-location digital transformation effort for EVOQUA, deploying Autodesk Inventor and Vault to streamline design and data management processes. The team also implemented laser scanning for accurate as-built modeling, enabling more precise retrofit design and fabrication. The result was increased design consistency, reduced project delays, and centralized data governance.

• EQUITRANS Midstream Corporation – Midstream Operations Optimization

• Client: EQUITRANS Midstream Corporation
  Focus: Workflow Development for Midstream Infrastructure

• Engineered efficient, connected workflows for EQUITRANS using Autodesk Plant 3D, Vault, Fusion Manage, and the Autodesk Construction Cloud. The engagement focused on streamlining pipeline design, documentation, and construction processes. The solution improved field-to-office coordination, reduced duplication of effort, and supported long-term data integrity for asset management.
